Terms and Conditions

1 . Booking & Payment Terms

• All bookings are  confirmed only after full payment .
• Accepted  payment methods ( credit card, debit card etc.).
• Any  taxes, service fees, or convenience fees  applied.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All bookings and payments are final. 
• No refunds will be provided for any cancellations, regardless of the reason. 
• Failure to attend or use the service does not qualify for a refund. . 
• Requests to cancel a booking will not result in a refund of any amount paid. 
• By confirming your booking or making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this  Cancellation & Refund Policy.

 3. Weather & Operational Conditions

• Activities may be  rescheduled or canceled due to weather,  safety concerns, or  operational issues .
• Company may offer:
  • rescheduling, or
  • voucher/credit instead of refund.

4 . Age, Health & Physical Fitness Requirements

• Minimum 16 years  age limits .
• Height / weight restrictions if applicable.
• Participants must be  physically fit and free from  medical conditions  that could  affect safety.
• Certain conditions may restrict participation (e.g., pregnancy, heart conditions).

 5. Safety Compliance

• Participants must  follow all safety instructions from  instructors or guides. 
• Safety gear provided must be  used correctly at all  times .
• The company reserves the right to  refuse participation  if safety instructions are  ignored .

 6. Liability Waiver / Risk Acknowledgment

• Adventure sports involve  inherent risks. 
• Participants acknowledge and  accept the risks involved .
• The company is  not liable for injuries caused by participant  negligence or  failure to follow instructions .
• (Many companies also require a separate signed waiver at the location.) 

7 . Arrival & Check-In Policy

• Participants must  arrive a certain time before the activity ( e.g., 30 minutes prior).
• Late arrivals may  forfeit their booking without refund. 

8 . Personal Belongings

• The company is  not responsible for loss or damage  to personal items.
• Lockers/storage availability if provided.

9 . Photography & Media Consent

• Photos/videos may be taken during activities.
• The company may  use images for marketing or promotional  purposes , unless  the participant opts out.

 10. Force Majeure

• The company is  not liable for cancellations or delays  due to events beyond  control , such as:
  • extreme weather
  • government restrictions
  • natural disasters
  • pandemics

11 . Code of Conduct

• Participants must behave  responsibly and respectfully .
• The company may  remove participants for unsafe or  disruptive behavior  without  refund.

12 Intellectual Property

• Website content, logos, and materials are  owned by  the company and cannot be  used without permission .

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• UAE-Dubai  laws governing the agreement .
